Description
Wicklow Wolf was established in late 2014 after the meeting of two likeminded friends with a common interest in good beer. Quincey Fennelly and Simon Lynch both fell in love with craft beer while living in California for many years. Setting up a brewery together was always inevitable.

Bottle picked up from Biervana, München. Had this Saturday 7th March 2020 at home Attenkirchen, listening to Dr Rubber Funk and about to cook Zarzuela. Mid amber in appearance with a white head. Pine resin in the mouth and taste is quite good, however it is let down by a touch of butteriness on the nose unfortunately. Soft mouthfeel, bitterness comes through and it's good but butter takes the edge off to this, *Loz picking up this more than me though.
