Reddish colour with a minimal and quickly dissipating off white head. Aroma is dominated by coriander, ginger and cardamom, some caramel notes are also present. Flavor is ginger and cardamom, ginger and cardamom..., I hate this kind of beers. Sorry...

Dark red colour with a medium light beige head that quickly diminishes. Aroma has notes of floral hops and light caramel. Flavor has a slightly bitterness with some toasted malts and caramel hints. Moderate dry final with light bitterness.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Light banana, citric notes. Light bodied. Banana, flowery herbal notes. Refreshing.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Orange peel aroma in light hoppy nose. Light-bodied. Gooseberries, fruity hoppyness. Quite homebrewish.

Bottled@PBF VIII. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruits, zest and some toffee. Basic, but still quite wellmade Hefeweizen.

Aroma has yeasty notes, some fruity notes and banana esthers. Flavour has banana esthers and bubblegum. Quite thin.

Pours orange with a small head. Aroma of wheaty malts, hints of fruits, yeast and spices. Taste is citrusy, fruity, wheaty and slightly yeasty with some spicy notes. Finish is smooth, fruity and citrusy with hints of lemon and yeast. Okay, quite citrusy hefeweizen.

Bottled@PBF VIII (thanks caramel, fruits, some floral notes and mild herbs. Flavour is fruity, floral, some wooden and spruce like notes. Balanced, but not too much excitement.

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Light banana aroma. Mid sweet with clean mouthfeel. Crystal malt and banana. Low bitterness. Simple but quite pleasant.

Aroma is sweet with honey, fruity hops and yeast. Flavour has yeast, some citrus and gooseberry bush. Decent.b
