Bottle 33 cl. Pours orangey red with a slight head and a pinkish head. Berry like aroma, as in black currant. Light body, quite fizzy. Dark berry notes although the blackberries aren't coming through all that strong. Some tartness there, but not overwhelming. Refreshing summer sour. 210524

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, grayish golden with a dusty, white head. Weird yet somehow enticing aroma of candy fruit and salmiak. Medium body, fairly rich and sweet fruitines before a distinct sourness sets in oddly flanked by the Turkish Pepper bonbons. A very weird concoction indeed! 070524

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Nose is mostly....apples(?) paired with lactic acid. Medium body, again apple and pear notes with a faint bubblegummy note and a tart finish. Drinks almost like a Cider. 020524
