330ml Bottle - Hazy amber/golden in colour. Peach, yeast and yoghurt in the aroma. Peach, yeast, yoghurt and some pleasantly hoppy hints feature in the taste. Easy to drink, especially for the abv.

330ml Bottle - Copper with a slight haze and a small head. Biscuity malt, dried fruit and some slightly hoppy hints in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with dried fruit, malt and some slightly hoppy notes. Not bad.

33 cl bottle thanks to SaintMatty! BB June 2014, sampled on February 11, 2014.Hazy honey to golden color, medium sized fairly fluffy off-white head. A bit sweet and malty, low hints of caramel, citrussy fruity hops scent, although I also sense some almost hidden rubbery phenolic notes that brings the score down, as well as some applesauce. Sort of thin, malty, citrus taste. Some astringent bitterness, but not too bad, almost so I can overlook it, but not really all the way. Some grapefruit, sort of bitter taste too. Citrus pith and some zest aftertaste, mixed with a dry to the harsh side bitterness that lingers. To the thin side mouthfeel, medium bitterness that feels harsher and more dry than it need be.A decent beer, but can for sure be tweaked for a more balanced and less imperfections sensory enjoyment.

33 cl bottle thanks to SaintMatty! BB May/June 2014. Sampled on February 11, 2014.Hazy golden color, fluffy medium sized white head. Sweet, citrus, a bit rubbery phenolic scent. Bitter, harsh, dry taste, thin. Prolonged, dry, harsh, bitter aftertaste. Still a bit fresh, but overly bitter and not just from hops I’d say. Medium mouthfeel, high dry harsh fruit peel like tannin bitterness.Might need to look over the fermentation, also where these tannins come from. Perhaps sparge too long or too hot, or plenty of husks coming through to the boil? Either that or just not enough malt to balance this bitterness. Still feels more than just hops, something has gone wrong I’d say.

330ml Bottle - Light amber with a slight haze. Sultanas, dried apricot, biscuity malt and some earthy notes in the aroma. Fruity, hoppy and slightly sweet taste with biscuity malt, peach, dried apricot, a hint of honey and some citrus notes. Enjoyable.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Toffee, biscuity malt, melon and grapefruit in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly sweet taste with notes of grapefruit, dried apricot, biscuity malt and toffee. Lots of flavour for a lättöl and very enjoyable. A positive start from this new brewery.
