Can 33 cl. Label says Imperial Stout. Pours thick to leave a rather lifeless, opaque black liquid in the glass with a tiny, rough, light brown head. Leaves fatty curtains. Greasy, roasty, licorice aroma. Rich, sweet body with heavy licorice notes and very little bitterness. Carbonation to the low side. Warming finish. 101224

Hazed deep golden pour and a fine head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Mellow sweetness and a fine carbonation level. Malty, fruity, wheat, banana and some yeast in the flavor. [Can at Ron`s party 24]

Rather hazy, dark golden, small head. Citrus and pepper aroma, hints of banana. Taste of pear, banana and Belgian yeast. Refreshing.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep brownish black colour, small brown head. Aroma is chocolaty, some liquorice, mild nutty and toffeeish tones with some biscuity tones. Flavour is nutty, some dried fruits, toffee and mild dry wooden tones. Almost a bit tartish wooden tones in the finish. Alcohol sweetness is there, but not disurbingly much.
