Bottle at Hopa. Pours cola brown with a tan head. Nose is toffee, bready malts and biscuits. Taste is slightly sweet and grainy, with notes of bread, toasted malts, biscuits and hay with just a hint of herbal hops in the background. Light bodied with soft to average carbonation, easy to drink. Decent.

Bottle shared with Gabor Gábor at MONYO. Pale yellow pour, white head. A nice, easy pils all in all with low to mid malty, and moderate herbal hoppy notes. Obviously the low abv and thin body is apparent but it manages to not become watery. Does what it promises.

Can. Slightly unclear pale golden body with a nice, dense, lacing white head. Mild, slightly fruity aroma, hint of grapes and fresh grass. Flavor is quite clean, pale malt, bread, mild fruity and grassy bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Kind of straightforward and plain, but well made, refreshing and nice.

Bottle. Unclear dark brown body with a medium sized tan head. Aroma is mild roasted malt, toast, hint of dry fruit, some bubblegum notes, banana and caramel. Flavor is light roasted, slightly darker bock with classic bock yeast flavors like banana, bubblegum, cloves and caramel with some dry red fruit. Fine balanced body and nice aftertaste. Nice and classic.

Bottle at home. Green apple, hay, some bread. Chewy and sweet, I’d like it more crisp.

Bottiglia.
