Tap at Mugishutei. Dry citrus in the nose, minerals, tropical fruit. Hazy golden orange. Juicy, fruity and crisp with a dry, minerally finish.

16 ounce can. Two amazing brewers. Pours a clear orange hue with a small white head. A big tropical sticky nose, lemon and passionfruit. Very similar flavor, rich slightly sour lemons, pungent tropical fruit, a almost sour candy vibe. Solid.

Sweet funky grapes, oakey hints, but of a gusher but settles, but really nice saisons notes upfront. Aged really well!

Can. Pours a hazy dull yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus rind with light pineapple and a hint of mango. Flavor has citrus rind throughout with pineapple and mango growing.

Ex-Novo Cactus Wins the Lottery Berliner Weiss with Prickly Pear 4.2% Mellow orange gold with a bit of a pinkish rosé tint to it. Very tart and lactic acidic aroma with sour prickly pear/yoghurt elements. For the 4% ABV it is quite full bodied with a dry scratchy carbonic bite. The taste starts off sweet prickly pear and honey then goes tart and lactic. Slightly mouth puckering finish. Solid and fun. Paired with my Lithuanian vanilla cheesecake bar both really shone as the creamy cheesecake cuts the tartness but the beer accentuates the chocolate too. Winning combination! On of the better pairings I’ve had in awhile, seriously delicious.
