hazy light amber color. Soft hoppy nose of apples, oranges and a bit of strawberries. Big malty, slightly sweet mouth with noticable earthiness and soft hops. Lingering apple pie in the finish. Very pnw take on an India pale ale. Decent

Tap at Watering Hole. Hazy deep brown with a finger of beige foam. Cacao-forward nose with some light citrus and berry notes. Light gooseberry-like tartness on the palate with more chocolate malt flavors standing out and cutting any real sourness. Still a good beer with a soft mouthfeel and well-rounded finish. Sample at the 29th Annual Oregon Brewers Festival on 07/30/2016. Pours a hazy straw color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Strings of lace. Tart fruit, yeast and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of tart citrus, yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is sour citrus and a touch of hops. Above average overall.

On draught at Ale Arsenal. Clear and copper with smallish white head that left a collar and dusting across the top. Hops didn’t really shine here and a little under attenuated left it a little too much sugary malt.

On tap at OBF 16. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A zesty lemon nose, light citrus. Somewhat sour zesty lemon, some tropical notes, sweet citrus, Quite nice. Very flavorful.
