Keg at the taproom, 08/11/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is lemon, clove, banana, yeast, straw. Taste comprises yeast esters, light spice, banana, toffee, grassy tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid Hefe, possibly the best I’ve had from a US brewer. These guys at Ex Novo are knocking out pretty decent stuff on all levels.

Keg at the taproom, 08/11/14. Dark chestnut brown with a moderate beige covering. Nose is roast malt, toffee, brown sugars. Taste comprises sweet licks, bitter roast, toffee, light spice, cocoa rub. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stout.

Taste comprises caramel malt, bitter grapefruit, orange pith, earthy mineral wash. Medium bodied, fine carbonaton, semi drying close. Decent hoppy red IPA.

Taste comprises grapefruit, light mineral wash, nice juicy pine, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Solid IPA.
