a golden coloured brew with a light lager hop nose and again a fairly standard mass market lager.

Bottled. Clear pale golden, brief head. Light aroma of grass with corn lurking on a distance. Sweet and butery with evident pop corn flavour. Fairly light bodied with mellow mouthfeel, some rather sharp hops struggle to overcome the corn. Salty finish. Typical macro lager. Too sweet to be refreshing.

Can. It pours clear, pale golden with a nice white head, quickly diminishing. Malty sweetness in both aroma and flavor. Thin body and a weak, malty sweetness in the finish. Better than Dorada Sin, yet it feels like sodapop. (070205)

250 ml brown bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Golden colour, minimal head. Weak aroma of citrus, avocado, boiled vegetables and cheap white wine. Flavour is very bland and un-fresh (dirt, dust), metallic finish. Avoid.

(25 cl bottle at Haket, Göteborg) Clear golden color, white head. Pleasant sweet cherry "kriek" scent. Malty sweet rather thin taste, a little bit acidic. Low sweet aftertaste. The really surprising thing about this one was the amazing kriek like scent, I like it! Had the beer tasted of it it had been a new favourite, but the taste was not as good as the scent. Still very much drinkable when staying of the alcohol. My friend got one too, his didn’t smell nearly as much fruits as mine did, so my rating is high due to my specific bottle. Perhaps it’s old and is starting to get sour? In a great way if that’s the case!

Can. Clear, pale golden with a large-bubbled white head, lively carbonation and good lacings. Malty and grainy aroma with some hops. Malty flavor with some fruity hints. Thin to medium body and a fruity finish. Suits Spain better than the Norwegian autumn. (060919)
