Can. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. tropical fruit and light citrus aroma. Tropical fruit and orange flavor with grapefruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and grapefruit linger with orange and backing malt.

11th Nov 2019; monthly beer tasting in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Cheers Mike for the 750ml bottle of this. Pink body, light pink head. It smells and tastes of tart Raspberries, just like the label says. OK, if you like sour Raspberrries I suppose.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 19. Pours a misty red, large white froth. Aroma raspberry sour, taste is crisp, tart, some vinegar, lactic, sharp sour, raspberry pips.. No saison characteristics, good fruity sour tho.

Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy pinkish yellow, white head. Lots of guava, lacto, a bit of funk, sour, juicy. Very nice and refreshing.

10 August 2019. At Belgian Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the crew, thanks for hosting, Tim! Clear pale yellow, quickly thinning, frothy, white head. Aroma of unripe pear & apple, apricot, lemon, carambola, sourdough, wheat, pineapple. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet & sour, balancing unripe pear, apple, pineapple with lemon (acid) & wheat, bitter grassy undertone, leading to a dryish, floral & slightly earthy hoppy finish, a bit more spicy with lingering pear. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Refreshing beer, feels natural.

Bottle at Beer Ma. Lovely cherry taste and aroma, bit of almond, almost Belgian like in its deliciousness. Nice and tart, good sourness, loads of fruit. Good stuff
