Beautiful doppelbock. Maybe a bit more interesting as it warms up. Lots of vanilla and cinnamon and warming spice from the amburana. Malt forward, sweetness, with a clean finish

This is thick hop soup. Very green, spicy, a haven for hop heads like myself. The beer almost has an emerald hue to it. Haven’t had an IPA like this in some time.
