16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Murky, orange tan color. Frothy white head. Spotty lacing. Sweet biscuity malt nose has “herbal” notes. Flavor comes off bready at first. Then, doses of citrus and stone fruit. Notes of lime, grapefruit, apricot, plum and mango. Soft, silky mouthfeel. Clean finish. Tasty.

Can split at Beer Run, NYC, 12/04/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, pine needle, ripe tropical fruits. Taste comprises lime leaf, mandarin, mixed tropical fruits, pine nip, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced Sabro laden hop bitterness. Tidy enough Sabro affair.

16 ounce can from Hopewell Super Buy-Rite. Hazy orange gold pour. Dense, mouse-like beige head. Subtle citrus aromas of tangerine, orange and mango. Immensely sweet tropical fruit flavors are overpowered by the intense, booziness from the 12% ABV. A real sipper, for sure. Mostly, though, a real booze-bomb that lacks depth or character.

Draught Quite substantial, dense, fluffy yellowish head over fully hazy orange-golden beer. Fresh spring leaves and lots of citrus, nectarine, lunaria, hints at cilandro. Also a sharpish, burning aroma ~ to the hops, no doubt. A toasted flavour, as toasted leaves, resin, and fruity esters. Hopburn? Wild, or not quite ripe yellow fruit. Feels filled by the hopoils, very slick. Good carbonation. Quite OK DIPA, maybe at the edge of overdone.

12 ounce can. Orange copper pour is topped by a large, rocky beige head. Subtle, spicy malt aroma hints a toasted bread. Dryish, nutty, toasted malt flavor upfront. Subtle notes of caramel and earthy grain. Smooth and drinkable. Some peppery hops in the finish.

750 ml bottle from Icarus, 4/4/23. Showing as 5.2% on the label. Felt like a spring beer, and it's a 70+ and sunny early spring day here in NJ, so figured I might as well break this one out. Bright gold, clear, fizzy froth of white head. Herbal and citrusy, white wine grape, floral and grassy notes as well. It drinks fairly bright, a little tart, and a bit of wood coming through as well. Pretty good.

16 ounce can from Collier’s Liquors in Cape May. Number one with a bullet. Hazy, orange gold pour has a quickly dissipating head. Bready malt nose has big tropical, citrus and passion fruit notes. Flavor follows nose. Ripe fruit flavors of passion fruit, citrus and pineapple. Soft mouthfeel. Finish is brief and hints at black pepper.
