Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a slightly hazy golden-peach color with a medium sized foamy white heat that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweetish and lightly fruity with a note reminiscent of gummy bears. The flavor was honey, yeast, faint golden fruit and a hint of caramel. Medium length finish. Medium body and smooth. Tasty.

[1/30/16] Can sample at the Encomium bottle share, after RateBeer Best awards ceremony at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast and some weird vegetal green character. Sweetish and slightly sourish roasty flavor, slightly vegetal. Medium-bodied.
