Sample at House Beer during the "Behold! An evening with Kindred Artisan Ales" event on 03/02/2016. The beer is a clear orange color with a medium foamy off-white head that recedes gradually. Strings of lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Medium to full body with a juicy tropical fruit character with herbal hops and malt in the background. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the tap room. The beer is a slightly hazy orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and grain. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, pine and a subtle sweetness I assume is from the rice. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the tap room. The beer is a hazy yellow color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, citrus and coconut. Light to medium body with flavors of toasted coconut, wheat, mild rum and pineapple. The finish is fruity with a piña colada aftertaste. Captures the essence of the name pretty well. Above average overall.
