Sample at the taproom during the "Palate Fatigue Tapping" on 09/28/2016. Dark amber color with a thin frothy off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Sparse small patches of lacing. Piney hops, fruit and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grainy malt and stone fruit. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom during the "Cheesecake & Beer Pairing" on 09/21/2016. This beer pours a clear orange-amber color with a medium bone white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of malt, mild hops and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of toasted malt, corn and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sticky small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of fruity yeast, caramel malt and earthy hops. The finish is fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

The aroma consists of malt, dark fruit and yeast. Medium to full body with flavors of sweet caramel malt, earthy yeast and banana. The finish is malty and fruity with a ripe banana aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with a sour citrus character and some wheat and doughy malt in the background. The finish is moderately sour with a tart citrus aftertaste. Above average overall.
