Description
Stickman Brews believes that beer should only be taken seriously in its freshness and flavor. Pretense aside, quality and creativity in the forefront. The days of over-hyped beer forgotten. We produce Belgian, British, German and American beer styles with a focus on seasonality and traditional techniques all with a down-to-earth attitude towards great beer. All of our beers are proudly produced at our brewery in Royersford, PA and are available at our Royersford and Chester Springs locations, along at our satellite location at Tony Joe's House of Great Eats in Pottstown, PA.

Tria, Philadelphia tap: pours clear copper with a white head. Aroma is yeasty and fruity and light spice. Taste is lightly sweet. Very fruity. Not hugely complex. Very pleasant aftertaste.

Tria, Philadelphia tap: pours hazy light orange with a long standing white head. Aroma is funky brett type smells, herbal, lemony. Taste is lightly sour and funky. Lemony and kind of soapy. Lingering brett aftertaste.

Very dark brown ale in a tulip glass, growler from the brewpub. Medium body Belgian dark ale, more yeasty than a stout. Malt up front with hops flavor asserting itself in the finish. The finish is rather off-putting, this is just an ok beer.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, bubblegum, floral. Medium body, brett, citrus, lingering dry finish, good.

On nitro at the brewery. Pours a cloudy copper with beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong rye and toasted malt. Thin mouth, rye, grain, toast, light finish, very nice.
