Aroma: tannins, barnyard, wild yeast and funk. Taste:very fu ky and wild. Tannins and wine must. Very nice. Next one please!

0,75l bottle at Pelusa, Amsterdam. Vintage 2022. Light Redish clear color, small white head. smells elder flowers, herbal, bit horseradish, grassy, earthy. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, lactic, horseradish, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of horse radish, grassy and hints of elder flowers. Rather decent, probably a bit young, not a favorite. Hard to finish a bottle. Cassis not noticeable.
