At BXL. Strong barnyard nose, sweet and sour quince, dry apple, zesty. Light sweet and sour. Light bodied but quite dry. Good.

At BXL. Hazy pale yellow. Crisp dry apple, quite some funk, tannic grape skins, dry white wine. Very funky, and the grapes give it a nice body. Quite nice.

Taster at BXLBeerfest. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells parfumy, earthy, light dill, herbal, cucumber, bit lactic. Ok smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, herbal, light dill, bit vinous, peppery. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of dill, pepper and vinous notes. Drinkable but not overly exciting
