Bomber shared by Todd at the December 2022 PS tasting, 12/10/22. Black, brown head. Good retention. Aroma of spearmint, roast, anise, chocolate. Taste is chocolate, anise, mint, roast, coffee, vanilla. Not much barrel character. Anise bomb. Most didn't like it. I did. Booze well hidden.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, roast malt, chocolate, licorice, hops and has a nice berry finish.

Bottlen at the Columbus Christmas Tasting. 15/12/2022. Thanks to Colin. A clear brown coloured pourt with a fine tan head. Aroma is cinnamon, brown sugar, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody salt, cinnmoan, nutmeg, stale brown bread. Palate is semi sweet, woody tannin, moderate carbonation, oily, .

Xmas Boozy Bottleshare. Thanks to Cloin. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth but fairly dry dark chocolate, a little vanilla sweetness. Light spicy whiskey. Light dry finish. Fine but there is a gazillion beers doing this and doing it better.

0,66l from bottle at home. black color, small coffee colored head. Smells bourbon, vanilla, nutty, berry notes, lactose, coffee. lovely smell full body, light carbonation. Tastes nutty, almonds, vanilla, hazelnuts, light bourbon, . Finishes light sweet with notes of vanilla, nuts and bourbon notes. pretty good one, expected a bit more overall, older years were better.

22 oz. bottle, pours jet black with a medium brown head. Aroma brings out gently peated whiskey barrels, light coffee, and a touch of roast. Flavour is complex, with peated whiskey barrels, a touch of bourbon, light coffee, and a touch of dry cocoa. Fairly dry, with a lovely barrel character. Excellent.
