Tap at Brew Chiado, Lisbon. Pours opaque reddish brown with medium, think, offwhite head. Aroma is rye bread, roasted malt, caramel, coffee, toffee, hazelnut and hints of mild liquorice and fruity acid. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is oily with mild carbonation. Finish is long and balanced mild sweet and bitter with notes of malt, roasted malt, caramel, toffee, hazelnuts and hints of coffee and fruity acid (cherry?) and very faint coriander.

12oz can pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grain malts some sweetness. Taste is more of the nice light grain and a touch of grass hops.

Optisch schönes Gold im Glas, viele Perlen. In der Nase herrlich getreidig, im Trunk Oatmeal, bittersüß, leicht säuerlich. Das trüb den guten Eindruck etwas.

Can from Beer Republic. Cloudy orange color with thick white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, oranges, tangerines. Taste is hop centered with dominant oranges, tangerines, zest, tropical fruits. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

355ml can. Almost opaque, mahogany colour with weak ruby shimmer and minimally late awakening, average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, caramel and slightly toasty, minimally nutty, dark malty aroma, notes of toffee, caramel, malt lozenge, some honey, fruity overtones of blue berries. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty and mildly toasty, dark malty, slightly mineral bitter, minimally diluted hints of honey, caramel, malt lozenge, toffee; mildly bitter, chalky finish. Watery texture, smooth, minimally chewy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very nice aroma, taste is a tad watery in comparison and features an annoying chalky note, especially in the finish - bummer!

355ml can. Slightly cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with some tiny chunks floating around; small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head on top. Minimally zesty, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of lemon, old lemon peel, rather neutral malty background. Taste is bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity (hoppy), notes of lemon, lemon peel, old lemon peel, a touch of lime, rather neutral pale malty basis; bitter, mineral finish. Slightly oily, watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Quite restrained citrus flavours, monotonous - not really appealing.

355ml can. Hazy, orange golden colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy and tropical fruity, slightly piney, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, some mango, orange, whiffs of pine needles - that's before the first sip. Taste is bitter, slightly piney, minimally fruity hoppy, slightly alcoholic, unspecific fruitiness, some sugary sweetness. After the first sip, the initial aroma can't be reproduced, turned - taste-influenced - to orange peel, marmalade, a touch of alcohol. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Surprisingly bitter and alcoholic, nice aroma sadly only at first sniff - OK, but will surely go down without memorization in the wide ocean of Hazy IPAs.

Citrusy fruity and slightly tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, pale and slightly oaty malty background, notes of lemon, quince. Taste is dry, mineral, slightly bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy, rather neutral, pale and oaty malty basis without residual sweetness, hints of lemon, lemon peel; dry, mineral, minimally chalky finish. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Very nice nose, not really hoppy taste - decent.
