Cloud 9 Brewery
Brewpub

Associated Venue: Cloud 9 Brewery
Established in 2012
With an emphasis on creative brewing, Cloud 9 is situated in a unique place in the market. Instead of having the exact same line-up from month to month, the beers on-tap at Cloud 9 change as soon as the last drop from the previous batch has been poured. With so many taps, and only 6 year-round beers, the variety is truly amazing.
Cloud 9 also features a unique feedback process by which we judge what beer-drinkers actually think. We collate and analyze the input and use that to shape the direction of the next batch. In this way the community is involved in the brewing process from concept to the final foamy pint.
A commitment to quality, service and genuine interest in our community make Cloud 9 Brewery the place for beer aficionados, foodies, and everyone who enjoys fresh and unique culinary creations.

On tap at the NB. Foggy pale dull lemon yellow pour scant thin white head. Light faint grassy floral hop notes. A little citrusy in the flavors and a light spritz body. Fresh light and tasty. Missing some of the classic NE/Hazy characteristics though.

On tap at the NB deep dark clear brown pour with a thin line of tan micro bubbles. Standard medium dark roast. A little cold campfire and dark toast. I’m not getting the “yam” much. Mostly just a straight up medium dark stout. Clean finish.

On tap at the NP a clear light orangish amber with a full dense tan head up front sweet pumpkin spice aromas and flavors. On the sweet side but the holiday spice is not overpowering. A nice seasonal.
