Description
Founded in 2012, Cloud 9 Brewery is a nanopub concept featuring locally sourced and organic components in both the brewery and restaurant.
With an emphasis on creative brewing, Cloud 9 is situated in a unique place in the market. Instead of having the exact same line-up from month to month, the beers on-tap at Cloud 9 change as soon as the last drop from the previous batch has been poured. With so many taps, and only 6 year-round beers, the variety is truly amazing.
Cloud 9 also features a unique feedback process by which we judge what beer-drinkers actually think. We collate and analyze the input and use that to shape the direction of the next batch. In this way the community is involved in the brewing process from concept to the final foamy pint.
A commitment to quality, service and genuine interest in our community make Cloud 9 Brewery the place for beer aficionados, foodies, and everyone who enjoys fresh and unique culinary creations.

On tap at pub Boise. Pours out a rusty nail color topped with a sand head. Nose is lots of sweetness toffee brown sugar and some bread malt. Taste is more of the heavy sweetness toffee leads the way along with a heavy malt. Not to style but good. I am a sweet fan and this was a sweet treat.

On tap at the brewery. Please someone correct me if I’m wrong, but this is the latest year round offering from Cloud 9, and it is exceptionally dull, bland and uninteresting. Weak aroma and taste. Mild dry, bitter finish. Disappointed.

On tap at brewery. Hazy golden pour, small creamy head, fine rings of lacing coat the glass. Mild herbal aroma, fuller savory/sweet flavor. Almost peppery, but honey smooths it out. Sweet, mildly dry finish.

On tap at brewery. Nice blend of berries and citrus, mild tartness, still can taste the malts. Perfect day for it, out riding on a hot summer day. Kind of a flat pour, but fruitiness makes this beer.
