Draft - Dates, rails and a little booze, clear copper with little white head. Christmas cake, raisin and cinnamon with lots of rum cake. Very nice.

Draft - Sweet caramel and fruity hops. Clear copper with a decent white head. Sweet orange, tropical fruit and a long orange peel finish. Not bad.

Draft - Toasted malts and caramel notes. Dark maroon with a thin beige head. Dark fruit, light cocoa notes. Sweet, nutty and nice. A very light stout, more of a dark brown. Not a bad stout, but more of a brown.

Draft - Light sweet grains. Cloudy copper with a thin white head. Lots of peat and smoke with a bit caramel. Light manure and a ice finish. Very well done.

Draft - Light biscuit malts and and earthy hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Biscuit malts and not some plate malt sweetness. Decent pale ale, English style, not much of an ISA.

Draft - nice if fruity tropical notes. Clear dark gold with a decent white head. Sweet caramel, orange and tropical fruits. Very fruit, but sweet and little or enough balancing bitterness.

Draft pour at the brewery. Pours a dark amber color with a thin film head. Wet aroma with a lot of malt and smoke. Up front smokey, peaty flavor. Really nice too. A Scottish ale that truly reminds me of a scotch. Smooth finish. Bonus points for supreme uniqueness. God stuff.

On tap at Blue Lightning, pours a dark mahogany with a small tan head. Aroma is pleasant, full of oats and light roast. Flavour is very gentle, with toasted malt, faint dark fruitiness and light oats. Too restrained and not robust enough for a stout. A weak one, but nothing off here.
