Definitelt has the belgian bubblegum yeast flavour. However it's got a slight astringency, and lacking a bit on the body, and isn't to style.

Drank at the brewery, nice clean beer, with relatively full body for a wheat. Has a mild tartness that comes through on the finish.

Definitely not you you run-of-the-mill porter, by style it is certainly not a porter. The body is somewhat thin, and there is a medium tartness that dominates the palate. There’s not a lot of roast flavour, it is more of a dark sour than anything, but quite enjoyable overall. Prairie Sun brewery.

Probably Prairie Sun's worst beer to style but ironically most popular. Just okay for a saison, it's certainly a darker version, which may not be my favourite take on the style. However these guys change up their brews and tweak them frequently. May 2017 at brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone (3.1may 2017) Okay beer. Not much of a saison, not dry, estery ale. (3.3 dec 2022) Improved beer not a saison, but clean.

Quite sweet, pretty strong on the toffee. A dessert beer I'd say. Medium-full body. Nice beer that I think most people would like. Prairie sun brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone (3.6 may 2017) Actually quite decent, light and drinkable.(3.5 dec 2022) Similar as last year. Toffee is forward, but it is clean, a bit on the sweet side. Round clean, just worty.

Pretty good example of the style that you can’t find much of in SK. Mostly cleanly brewed, maybe a slight astringency. Nice amount of low hopping for a change -- in a style that is often over hopped. Irish flavours taste to me exactly as if the wyeast strain was used. Fionns SK.

Draft - Peppery and slight sourness. Pale gold with a thin head. Slightly sour malts and pepper. An odd saison for sure but not bad.
