Can from Tavour. Pours moderately hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma of melon and pale stone fruit. Med plus body - foamy carbonation. Flavor is a little juicy, a little earthy, melon that might be green, and something that could be passion fruit. A hit of peach or nectarine towards the finish. Overall it's dry, moderately bitter, and has become something like dusty in the mouth. Some light burn. Not bad.

16 oz can from the Source, 8/8/20. Canned 8/5/20, what a long strange trip it's been. Fully hazed yellowish-orange color, nice white head, heavy lace. Incredibly juicy stuff, lots of hop berry goodness, with tropical, melon, and citrus hop juice coming through as well. Drinks smooth, clean, and pillowy. Hides the 9% so well it could be very very dangerous. Fairly sweet, not much bitterness. Delicious overall.

16 oz can from the Source, 8/8/20. Canned 7/29/20. Hazy gold, white head, plenty of lace. Aroma is on style with lots of clove, wheat, and banana. Beyond those flavors, some lemon and spice notes linger on the tongue. Not a ton of diversity in this style, and this one is no exception, but everything is done well here.

16 oz can from the Source, 8/8/20. Canned on 8/5/20, The Secret is Out. Hazy yellowish color, bright white head. Thick, white head that coats the glass in heavy lace. Aroma is fruity and sweet, pineapple, orange, some peach / apricot notes, and a little candied sugar. Definitely drinks sweet and flavorful. This series really never disappoints.

16 oz can from the Source, 8/8/20. Canned 7/29/20. The pour is a slightly hazed yellow with a really nice thick froth of foamy white head. Bright pine, resin, grapefruit, and a little melon. Drinks easy, smooth and clean, with a nice dryness to the close. Really tasty stuff. Shots fired across the Stone bow with this one. I'm not going to pretend I know enough to say who's at fault with the Stone / Sawstone thing, but I guess it took this situation to get Source to make a West Coast IPA, and I'm just glad they made one.

16 oz can from the brewery, 7/29/20, canned 7/15/20. Fully hazed yellowish-orange, sheeting head, drippy lacework. Fruity aroma of orange, melon, grapefruit, cherry, and little stone fruit too. Gets slightly metallic on the close. Still pretty good, but the last couple in this series haven't been quite up to the standards of the earlier ones.

Bottle from the Source, 7/26/20. Dark brown pour, light brown head. Chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. Really nice peanut butter flavor coming through on this one.

16 oz can from the Source, 7/22/20, canned 7/15/20. Fully hazed white-yellowish color, creamy white head, and fairly strong lace. Big juicy aroma and taste of grapefruit, passion fruit, and mango. The oat whip thing here is pretty interesting, not something I've seen a ton of, but it does really have a fluffy, smooth, creaminess to it that is reminiscent a lactose, but also somewhat different. Really interesting. I like this one a lot, and I'm curious to see other examples show up in the future. I'm certainly not against any trend that decreases the use of lactose in beer.
