Draft. Barley malt and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and very mild bitter straw flavor. Light body. Nice, solid, easy drinking.

Growler: Very dark, purplish-brown with a small beige head. Chocolate, plum aroma. Taste is sweet...chocolate malt, plum, sweet dark fruit. Nice dark fruit/lactic sweetness.. Pretty good.

Draft. Lactic chocolate malt, wood ash, and hay aroma.. Dark brown with minimal head. Mildly sweet coffee, dark chocolate malt, moderately sour lactic acid, and mildly bitter ash/hay flavor. Good body.

Draft. Light orange, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet citrus, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Okay body. A pleasant beer.
