Growler: Dark cola colour...with a small tan head. Sweet banana and plum aroma.....like a cake.... Sweet, thick, rich, slightly boozy taste....old banana, chocolate, plums. Malty and rich. This is some tasty stuff !!!

Draft. Banana, plum, clove, and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with large tan head. Sweet banana, raisin, clove, chocolate wheat malt, and mildly bitter alcohol flavor. Nice body. A bit boozy but very nice overall.

Draft: Clear, brown-red with a creamy beige head. Caramel, raisin scent. Taste is almost sticky caramel malt...rich, dark, dried fruit. Toasty, richly bodied and flavoured. Pretty nice.

Draft. Bourbon, caramel malt, and light grass aroma. Cloudy brown with minimal head. Sweet bourbon, caramel malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Lingering bourbon finish. Pretty good - bourbon flavor was a little hot.

Draft. Light nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Lightly spicy pumpkin malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Light smoky squash finish. Great blending - spices not over the top with interesting addition of the smoked squash.
