tap - Pours black with a small, lingering head. It smells of chocolate, oak, and a touch of bourbon. The flavor is sweet and roasty with lots of chocolate and some bourbon. Again there’s a slight underlying off taste that I think may be something about the yeast. It’s a good beer that could be great with some tweaking.

tap - Pours hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. It has a pleasant, hoppy, citrus led aroma. The flavor is high on the hop bitterness with very good citrus character and a long bitter finish. There’s a smooth mouth-feel to this full bodied brew. Really good. So far it’s the best Summit City beer I’ve had.

tap - Pours cloudy golden-orange (Natasha says peach colored) with a mild, yeasty, slightly fruity aroma and a white head. It tastes similar to a saison to me. I think it’s something about the yeast. The flavor is a little tart and funky. There’s a slight undercurrent of band-aid I could do without, but overall it’s refreshing and decent.

tap - Pours dark burgundy with a small, rapidly dissipating head. It tastes sweet and malty with caramel character and maybe a touch of dark fruit. It’s medium to full bodied and overall a solid brew.
