Draft @ brewery. Apple and caramel malt aroma. Clear amber with a small off-white head. Metallic toasty malt flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation. After having a few of their beers, and asking the brewer a few questions, I discovered they are brewing using straight Fort Wayne city water, which explains the odd mineral flavor that’s noticeable in some of their lighter styles.
