Lemon, barley malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head and light effervescence. Lightly sweet lemon, barley malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Okay body. Decent - infinitely better than the Pittsburgh BC version.

Big 16 oz pounder can for 2 bucks at vintage. Beige colored can says FINE BEER. My can also says golden pilsner at 5%. Not sure if this is the right place for a rating, RB detail says 3.8%. Smell is slight sour cream corn. Pale slightly hazy yellow with a quickly fading disappearing head. Taste is a hair tart. Actually not too bad, better than expected. Yes, different than the other common weedy brews but still has some of that weedy tradition in there. Decent co2 regardless of the 'no head' feature. I could drink a few of these civil, friendly, easy going pale beers. No real bitterness and finishes with just a touch of that processed lager feel but yet never goes annoying.

Clear golden color with a medium white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hop, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hopy aftertaste. Decent overall.
