Bottle from Goya23. Appearance - white and cloudy with a decent head and a fair amount of yeast or protein lumps. Nose - very light citrus and yoghurt. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a creamy but thin texture and a dry but somehow not refreshing finish. Overall - the yeast flavours are a bit too dominant.

Bottle from that Spanish shop in Edinburgh. Appearance - deep amber to chestnut with a decent head. Nose - like cooking chocolate. Taste - like alcohol mixed with drinking chocolate. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and quite well balanced on the finish if a bit too much sweetness. Overall -
