12 ounce bottle from Short’s. Hazy straw yellow, thin fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of sweet apple, pear, and a bit of earth. The taste is sweet apples, some brown sugar, pear, a hint of vanilla. Medium bodied, high carbonation.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear orange, no head. Aroma of dry apples and mild peach. Floral notes. Taste is dry apples, tannins, dry and mildly tart peach. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Dry overall and the peach is mild. Nice.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a dark raspberry color with a small soapy head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet berries and a bit of apple. The flavor was musty with tart dark berries, apple and a bit of yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Decent

Bottle thanks to Lindsay! Pours a clear ruby red with visible carbonation that never really forms in to a head of any sort. Aroma combines semi sweet cherries with slightly tart apple and a hint of bitterness as well. Flavor has strong slightly tart cherry with some dry bitter apple underlying.

Bottle thanks to Lindsay. Pours a near clear golden red with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has an interesting combination of dry apple and raspberry with a light tartness and a light funk. Flavor has a good amount of raspberry jam with tart apple and a light funk note underlying.

Bottle thanks to Lindsay. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and visible carbonation. Aroma has a good amount of dry apple with some botanical with a bit of oak and funk backing. Flavor also had dry tart apple with bontanical, oak and a bit of funk underlying.

Bottle thanks to Lindsay. Pours a clear gold with a bubbly white head that dissipates to the edges and has visible carbonation. Aroma has bitter and slightly tart green apple with dry white wine and a hint of oaky funk supporting. Flavor has more sweet apple with a bitter bite and a white wine dryness coming through in the finish.

Bottle. Lemon, perfume, grass, apple, and alcohol aroma - smells like lemon Pledge. Pale yellow. Sour lemon, apple, herbal hay. Okay body. Not very pleasant.
