Bottle: Dark, amber-red with a thin, pinkish head. Cherry, apple scent. Taste is almost tart.....crushed cherries, red apple,,,not even a hint of alcohol. Tastes perfectly natural, like they just juiced it up in front of right in the field.... Good Stuff.

Sample at Crafted & Cured. Clear ruby-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. The aroma consists of apples, cherries and spice. Medium body with flavors of green apple, tart cherry and spice. The finish is semi-dry and fruity with cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Crafted & Cured. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of apples and spice. Medium body with a sweet-tart apple character with some spice and yeast in the background. The finish is semi-dry with an apple cider aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Lock 27. Pours a clear ruby color with a thin pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. The aroma consists of berries, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of semi-tart apples, raspberry and a bit of malt. The finish is fruity and mildly tart with a berry aftertaste. Decent overall.

This is semi-dry. Very clean and refreshing. There isn’t a lot going on with the flavor, more at understated. Super easy drinking. Nice body.

I wouldn’t say that this is a semi-dry cider, but a dry. Doesn’t have a lot of flavor. Body is so - so. Aroma is on the spicy side.

Draft. Gin, yeast, and light apple aroma. Pale yellow. Moderately sweet gin and apple juice flavor with lightly bitter dry hay finish. Good body. Interesting - the gin dominates but still with nice apple flavor.

Damn nice! Tart/lightly sweet apples; balanced tannic berries; light earthy spice. Tart/tannic/semidry finish. Med carb. Highly refreshing.
