Caramel hints, some DMS. Not enough aromatic for me. Black liquid, short creamy head, no lacing. Very light bitterness, chocolate sweetness. Quite a lot of body, but too much carbonation. It’s too neutral.

Shortlived yellowish head with a mossy reflection fed by lively carbonated red-amber beer. Fresh nose with citrus, green herbs; touch of caramel all the same, bit of rainwater; Bready, dry-ish. Again rainwater, dark bread, also (bit) green leaves. Maltbread with faint breadcrust. Titillating feel at the tonguesides, slick, medium bodied. Nice Bock. Just why the Cascade is beyond me. In general, I’m getting a feeling Gosciszewo ought to double their hopgifts.- do they read pounds where kilos are meant?Dziękuję, Aga!

Good, very dense yellowish head, over deep-golden beer, clear. Caramel, candi sugar, sweet & faintly coloured malts. Beets, earthy notes, pinch of sulphur. Not very hoppy... Drier, and indeed, hoppier tastewise. Again slightly toasted malts, but way less sweet than the nose suggested. Bit vegetal, later again earthy, but still caramel. Quite watery feel, feels more carbonated than it looks. Strange Pilsener. I accept that it uses prime noble hops, but the character is that of a sweet, light Bock. Dziękuję, Aga!
