Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, soured milk. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, light sour milk, thin, dark malt. Bottle. Very strange pale lager... This one sure is non-filtered... I mean... It smells yeast, tastes yeast and looks like a lot of yeast with a small amount of beer in it. Somewhat reminds me of a hefeweizen!? It has got the same clove and fruit qualities. Very sticky mouthfeel.
