The Gościszewo brewery has been operating since 1991 and is the first microbrewery in Poland. Traditional brewing methods, eliminating pasteurization and utilizing low production capacity, allow us to produce a unique product with unparalleled flavor and nutritional value. Bottle 500ml.Clear dark amber brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, soured milk. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, light sour milk, thin, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20111031]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and toasted malty. Fruity, cornish, toasted malty and light citric. fruity and toasted malty finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, dark roasted malty and light yeasty. Smooth fruity, caramelish and roasted malty flavoured. Bitter and mild acidic finish.

bottle at papsoe tasting. clear yellow, smooth white head. dry malty pils aroma, nutty malty note. flavor is sourish, citrussy, likely infected, tastes a bit like a berliner weisse.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel, thick malt, and a bit of smoke. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and metal, leading to a dry metallic finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Schroppfy. Pours a clear nutty brown with a dense and lacing beige head. Some lactic acid in the nose combined with a slight roastiness. Medium body, some sweet roast and again this tart, infected edge. Ends dryish. 311011

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Schroppfy. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Malty nose with some grassy hops, a twist of tobacco too. Medium body, rich maltiness, some dusty hops with a slightly tangy edge. Minerally with a dry and bitter finish. A slight lactic infection in here. 311011

Bottle. Very strange pale lager... This one sure is non-filtered... I mean... It smells yeast, tastes yeast and looks like a lot of yeast with a small amount of beer in it. Somewhat reminds me of a hefeweizen!? It has got the same clove and fruit qualities. Very sticky mouthfeel.
