Cloudy orange with a small not long lasting foamy. Herbal spices, curacao, coriander seeds, orange peel, grainy doughy notes, banana. Dry herbal zesty bitterness, grainy banana sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty grainy bittersweet finish. It’s a good Wit that grew on me.

Drinks like an old school west coaster. Very malt forward with orange and slight dank in the back. Flavor is also malty and a slight tongue scraper.

0.473l can from Beer Republic. Aroma of peach, mango, pineapple, resin and flowers. Pours clear golden color with large soapy off-white head, fair lacing and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts moderate sweet malty and resinous, following is ripe tropical fruity, bready, herbal and medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. That one is for the big headache weekend…

Optisch trübes Gold im Glas, schöne Perlung aber wenig Schaum. In der Nase schön hopfig, Pinien, Zitrus. Im Trunk setzt sich das fort, hinten trocken, passt.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours dark brassy gold with a large foamy white head that did some lacing. Aroma of citrus/pine and some earth. Med body. Dry, but malt is clearly present. Definitely bitter. Citrus/pine, earth and something suggesting weed. Excellent.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma has a lot of grapefruit - pith and maybe zest. Dry. Pale malt supporting a lot of grapefruit. Quite bitter. Very good flavor.

650ml,bottle purchased at tamarak liquors in rocky mountain house, alberta.
Hazy golden/orange pour, with a large rocky, sticky beige head. Thick aroma of spruce needles, candied citrus peel, sticky, bitter grapefruit pith, and some typical hoppy soapiness. The mouth feel is thick, and the carb is low, but effective. The finish is very bitter, highly bitter. Big pithy citrus notes, with thick pine resins. This bottle is old, but its holding up quite nicely.
