On tap at Free the Whales. Pours black with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong vanilla bean, brownie batter, and marshmallow powder. Slick body, cocoa, brownie, marshmallow, vanilla, boozy finish, very nice.

Taster pour on tap at Munchie Madness festival, 2022. It's a dark, dark brown--virtually opaque--with no sparkle, thin ring of beige head and no lacing. Aroma is nice caramel malt and lighter nuts. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, well made strong representative of the style.

500ml bottle pours out dark brown topped with a small sand head. Nose is nice sweet malts rich apple brandy bourbon barrel toffee caramel fruit notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate toffee caramel malts rich apple brandy bourbon and some fruit notes.

Bottle thanks to Ian. Pours a neon blue green and green head. The aroma is coconut and pure sugar. Slick body, coconut, blue raspberry, pure sugar, weird finish.

Thick, sweet, creamy. Lots of banana, rum, caramel, a touch of cinnamon. This is taking all other pastry sours for a ride. Man. Very nice, thanks Lucas v.!

Bottle. Pores an inky opaque black with a very small dark Brown head that doesn't last and doesn't lace. Aroma is pure ice cream topping dessert there's coconut there's cinnamon there's vanilla I don't necessarily get a lot of banana for whatever reason. Flavor is super sweet super thick lightly bitter all edge on its present with banana playing the least prominent role. Full body silky mouth feel low carbonation.

Taste is sweet, sour, tropical fruity, passionfruit, pineapple, guava, coconut hints, some tartness, creamy. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying sweet & sour fruity finish. Nicely drinkable
