Description
We do this because we love it.
We love that it challenges us artistically and intellectually. We love it because it tests our patience in a world that screams by. We love it because there is success in every failure. We love it because it brings us together in a time where divisiveness is pervasive.
Barclay Brewing is a small brewery which primarily focuses on barrel-aged beers. Although the focus is barrel-aged we do release non barrel-aged beers as well. Keep an eye out for stouts, IPAs, lagers, and other classic styles.
You can find Barclay Brewing Co. operating out of Twelve Percent Beer Project where the incredibly talented staff is helping us to articulate our vision.

Can pour from trade with Steve. Cloudy, dark yellow w/nice head, good retention & nice lacing. Aroma is strong lemon, light malts. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.

Not as soft as the vanilla rye, the bourbon barrel adds a lot of dark fruit character for some reason, vanilla and chocolate, more oak too. Thanks FlandersNed !

I've got two more in my cellar I think, but popped this one FlandersNed sent recently since I'm very guilty of LIFO. Thanks FlandersNed ! Soft delicious vanilla with a lovely rye finish, could sip on this allllllll day. Just the softest chocolate vanilla.
