(Keg at Panema Kallio, 20180626) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, creamy coffee and lightly ash. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, creamy coffee, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, coffee and bitterness. A nice balanced stout.

(Re-rate, keg at Juova, 20240913) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had creamy toffee, pine, stone fruits and biscuits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, resin, creamy toffee, biscuits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A pleasant hoppy brew with strong malty notes. Old rating: 6-4-6-3-14=3.2 (Keg at Panema Kallio, 20180626) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sweetness and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, caramel, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A decent but too sweet hoppy brew.

Draught @ Panema, Helsinki Poured near black with a thin brown head. Milk chocolate, roastedness, coffee notes in aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, creamy. Light bodied, flavorful. Dry finish. Nice start for this brewery.

Smell of mango, other fruit. Muddy orange colour, tiny white head. Aroma of mango, citrus, some grassy hoppiness. Nice dry bitterness on top of the regular sweetness. Basically lemonade with some beer characteristics. Neatly balanced.

Draught @ Three Beers, Turku. Aroma has toasted malt, sugar and milk. Flavour has roastiness, coffee, milky tones and mild ashy tones. Pleasant.

Draught @ Panema, Helsinki. Pours hazy orange with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, tropical notes, grass, grapefruit and citrus. Taste is grapefruity, citrusy and slightly tart tropical fruity with hints of passionfruit and mango. Finish is smooth and exotic tropical fruity with some pine, citrus and grass. Okay.

Tap at CCC. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Juicy, strawberry aroma. Medium-bodied. Juicy, tropical fruity, strawberry flavour. More on mellow riped fruits side than bitter hoppyness. Maybe lost some of its charm in few weeks. Decent but typical Finnish micro ipa.

Tap at CCC. Opaque black colour, small brownish head. Toasted, a bit cocoa aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Toasted, cocoa flavour. Slightly sweet. Ok. Decent clean stout.
