Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grassy - hay, malty. Sample at GABF 10/11/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. Brownish-black pour with a medium tan head and small patches of lace. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Medium body with a roasty malt and espresso flavor with a bit of hops in the background. The finish is mildly bitter with a coffee aftertaste. Decent overall.

On draft at Rock Bottom Arlington location, duh! Anyway, poured a slightly hazy red-brown color with a small off-white head. Aroma was sweet malts with notes of wood and vanilla. Flavor was woody, with some sweet malts in there. Pretty good!
