Yellow with a short-lived head. Weak flavoured and very average strong lager of the worst kind.

Pale, yellow colour. Decent head, some lacing. No aroma! Very thin and watery. The flavour comes late and reminds me of green apples sprayed with insecticide.

Canned. Oh, this hurts. Sofiero was the pioneering microbrewery in Sweden, and their lagers were intensly flavourful and a welcome break from what the other breweries offered. Sadly they went out of business some years ago and the brewery was bought by Kopparberg. Now they try to relaunch the brand, but it's hard to imagine a worse failure. It pours pale yellow and forms an airy head that fizzes out to nothing within seconds. The nose is sweaty and full of green vegetables, unclean sugar and egg-fart. The body is gassy and so thin it cuts your tongue, and the sweetness is intense. I look down at whats left in my glass (which sadly is a lot) while I wonder if I had drank it already, or if I shall drink it? It smells like the former...

Cash is king says the can. And the brewery director(probably) said: Sure it's a very bland beer, but that's what the masses buy so we will make a lot of money on this crap!

Golden coloured. Sweet, fruity, unclean. Cheaply made lager which probably will not live long under this name.

This is a sad story. Sofiero used to be the first Swedish microbrewery. A little time ago they went out of business and got bought up by Kopparberg. now Kopparberg is using the plant to brew the crappiest beers imaginable. To start with: to the best of my knowledge there is no such thing as Helsingør Bryghus, so it's very kind of them to give the permission to Sofiero/Kopparberg to brew this beer. secondly the beer tastes like sweetish mineral water. It is pale golden and bland to the vanishing point, with a slight hint of green apples, but absolutely no bitterness.
