Bottle @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours . dark brown with a ruby hew and a creamy head. Nose is sweet malty. Some tart fruit, caramel and rye-bread. Medium bodied. Sticky.

Amber with a small off-white head. Big aroma of raisins, molasses, caramel and a nice vineous alcohol note. Complex sweet flavour with herbs and dried fruits, and a warming alcohol finish

Deep amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of berries, herbs and clove. Strong clove flavour with sweet malt and a little roasted drying finish. Too spicy, with the cloves too dominating.

On tap at the Ølfestival, Esbjerg, Denmark 22-10-09 Pours hazy brown in colour with a light filmy head. Some pleasant bitter chocolate on the nose and lingering cocoa, spicy and sweet but pleasant stuff. A7 A3 F7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Brown with red glimts and a tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel, chocolate and spices. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and spices. Finished sweet.

Brownish with a medium a beige head. Sweet aroma with hard roasted malt, caramel and chocolate. Flavour was sweet with roasted malt, chocolate and caramel notes. Figs and plums came through towards the the end.
