Keg at Taproom 27, Chişinau. Lightly hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with grass and hay. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grass and light yeast. Mid bitter finish.

TAP at the brewpub. Hazy orange-amber, beige head. Light fruity aroma, a little bit of phenolic spice, yeasty. Not much hops unfortunately. The taste is dry and even a little acrid, light cheesy, light astringency. Again, next to no bitterness.

TAP at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow-golden. Tart fruit, some banana and pineapple, some cloves, a tad muddy yeasty. Same taste, fruity but less spicy, quite prickly, just a tad yeasty/cheesy. Crisp body. Mostly in the weizen ballpark, even if a little muted.
PET growler from the brewery. Cloudy amber, creamy ivory head. Subtle but clean fruity aroma, spicy phenolics, a touch of sweet bread. The taste is vaguely fruity, notes of toasted sweet bread, toasted walnuts, earthy ashy finish with a hint of nutmeg but no actual bitterness. No weizen banana and cloves, no wheat tartness. Quenching, clean, but not really a weizen.

NOV-2018. DRAFT at Craft Baza. Hazy amber, creamy beige head. Smells like a maltier bigger fresh lager - fresh malt sugars, just a bit of aspirin. Full-bodied and creamier than an average lager but still perfectly quenching, mild malty bready sweetness, some residual fermentation acidity, decent herbal bitterness. Solid. 6-4-6-4-13=3,3.
DEC-2016. PET at home. Hazy amber-red, beige head. Simple sweet malts, only slightly bready and toasty, with notes of unripe figs and some aspirin. Clean crisp somewhat prickly mouthfeel. Moderate sweetness and spicy bitterness (with a dash of aspirin). Would be OK, without that medicine. 5-4-5-3-11=2,8

PET from the brewpub. Murky dark brown, beige head. Light roast and toasted malts on a yeasty background. A tad sourish. Roasty malts, a bit ashy. And again somewhat tart. Medium body, a touch of acetic burn. Not bad, but seems off for a Dunkel.

TAP at the brewpub. Almost clear golden. Faint aroma, medicinal hops. The taste is also more neutral than the 11. Less perceived bitterness too. A little smoky. Not bad overall, just a bit under the 11°. 5-4-6-4-10=2,9
PET 1,5L as free sample from the brewer. Basically, it’s the same as their 11°, maybe a tiny bit hoppier...
Murky lemony-yellow, bug white fluffy head. Smells like a young but clean brewpub lager - sweetish white bread, green fruit and lemony notes, light dusty notes. Tastes similar, light bready and lemony. Thick but easy drinking body, light dry herbal bitterness. No major flaws, no excessive yeast, sourness, astringency. A solid first effort. 6-3-6-3-13=3,2

NOV-2017. TAP at Craft Baza. Almost clear golden, creamy white head. Aroma: spicy hop, some medicine, a little stroke match, vague sugars. The taste has that simple regional lager malts, crisp spicy hop bitterness. 5-4-6-3-12=3,0
SEP-2017. TAP at the brewpub. Almost clear bright gold. Sweet medicinal hoppy aroma, Bălți like. Crisp and clean mouthfeel, light pale malts, easy drinking, nice crisp bitterness. Prickly carbonation. Medicinal, but otherwise nice lager. 5-4-6-4-11=3,0
