deep dark brown colour, one inch of creamy brown head; aroma of dark chocolate, plum, some dried sour cherry, burnt woody-ash, caramel and rye bready notes; taste of dark chocolate, some coffee, heavy roasted nutty and over-toasted rye bready notes, as well as minimal unripe plum; good one - you would never be disappointed in case of a L'apaisée beer :)

very hazy pale yellow colour with white floating micro-particles, huge, dense yellowish ivory colour; aroma of orange, watery pineapple, peach, grassy, lemony and bread crusty notes; perfectly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good as expected from L'apaisée :)

0.44l can many thanks to Lore. Hazy golden body with a lasting white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with notes of pineapple, blueberries, tangerine and mango. A hint of spicy oats and some pine is there too. The very similar to the aroma only that the pine character is a bit more prominent. Sweet beer, but it has a nice hop bitterness to it too. I like it a lot.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, amber-ish red colour with small to average, frothy, short-lived, off-white head. Initially almost a bit agressive, tangy and slightly lactic, minimally fruity aroma, notes of mustard, vinegar, mustard seed, hints of dill, tarragon, sauerkraut, a touch of raspberry pulp, weak oaky overtones. Taste is sour, tangy and slightly fruity, notes of vinegar, lactic hints of sauerkraut, some raspberry, a touch of black currant, subtle fruity sweetness. Slightly oily, watery texture, astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Too sour and astringent, not overly fruity - disappointing.
