It is an interesting beer, fruity, ginger, the final is a bit soily, tart, good hop, malt, a perfect one for the summer, 18.03.18, at Bonfol, purchased at Crissier Grain d'orges.

An interesting brown ale, it is not a common style in Switzerland, side of toffee, perfect side of hop, bready and aromatic, 09.03.2018, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne, buying it at the ex grain d'orges, Crissier.

opalescent pale yellow colour, large, dense white head; aroma of grassy, grainy, herbal, some citric, and bread crusty notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with a great amount of hoppy bitterness; quite enjoyable one
