ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, Belgian yeast, marzipan malt - sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet yeast, fruity yeast - fruity malt, sweet malt, pale malt, Belgian yeast, sweet yeast - marzipan malt. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20240117]

Flaska från SB. Aningen disig bärnstensfärgad vätska med högt skum. Mycket belgovibvar, estrig jäst, marsipan, söt blomdoft, apelsinmarmelad, äppelglögg smaksatt med julens kryddor, nektar. Bra kropp och en kryddig beska. Trevlig

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish honey golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is white wine like with some alcohol, wood, funk and mild leathery tones. Flavour is floral, some nectary and mild toffeeish tones with mild peppery and some honey tones with wood and quite white wine like elements. Bigtime wooden finish. Brutal, but tasty.
