very cloudy golden color. Some type of underlying infection is present, or maybe they are only using partial mash, but regardless it is not very tastey. Refreshing but the beer itself is just flawed

wayyyy too much coffee and roasted character with hardly any balance. Just rough and raw. Blah. Again for whatever reasons the beers seem to tame after the first couple of sips. Still overall not very good at all.

this is even more cloying and Chinese tasting than the West River Hef. somehow I am getting used to this odd flavor.

smooth, light refreshing mouth, but odd after taste that tastes like the beer used dishwater from rinsing Kung pao chicken off a plate. Really strange finish. Odd thing to say but really distinctively Chinese

Tap @ Shanghai Beer Festival. Solid, altough a little watery and a little too malty compared to the level of hops. Heavy orange cest notes.
