Czekolada deserowa wręcz kakao, kawa dość mocno palona, posmak prażonego zboża. Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzysta, z początku piękna piana redukuje się do krążka, brak lacingu. Goryczka zaznaczona, czekoladowo-palona. Azot robi robotę bo jest gładkie, wytrawne, deserowe. Przyjemnie się pije.

Całkiem wyraźnie wędzone w stylu kiełbasianym z finiszem oscypkowym, cytrusowe, ziołowe. Barwa jasnozłota, piana trwała, ładny lacing. Goryczka średnia do wysokiej, zestowo-ziołowa. Jak na grodziskie to pełne, gładkie, bardzo fajnie się pije, wysycenie wysokie.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has soft bready malt, some cereal grains, and straw. Flavour is a bit too sweet, with cereal grains, bready malt, and straw. Nice malt base but needs attenuating a bit more. Okay.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle smoke, some crackery pepper, and dry bready malt. Flavour is dry, with soft wheat, gentle smoke, and some washed out bready malt. A bit muted and lacking clarity but okay.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Very light smoke and some wheat malts on the nose. Flavour has very little smoke and a seltzery, mineralic malt character. Not particularly good.

On tap at Same Krafty Multitap, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma definitely gives off a kimchi character—with plenty of fermented cabbage—gentle smoke and soft wheat. Flavour is tart, with a lightly spicy, lightly salted cabbage character, soft wheat, and a touch of smoke. The kimchi definitely overtakes. Odd idea but reasonably made.

On tap at Same Krafty - Multitap. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Light woody smoke, wheaty malts, and a touch of kimchi-like fermented cabbage. Flavour has light smoke, wheaty malts, and some slightly sour kimchi. I'm not a huge fan, but I think this is about as good as this idea could have been executed.
