Draught. Light hazy deep ruby liquid with medium light tan head. Aroma of mango, fresh hops, toast, light toffee, pine and grapefruit. Taste is dry and medium to high bitter with notes of grapefruit, blackberries, toffee, toast and light husky astringency. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Much better than previous attempts. Something in the bitterness is a bit unpleasant, maybe malt/grain husk astringency or metallic hops.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Lemon, malt and a hint of lime in the aroma. Malty, grainy and fruity taste with lemon, grassy hops and lime detected.

33 cl bottle from Systembolagets Beställningssortiment. Sampled on July 25, 2014.BB 30 10 14.Clear golden color, white fizzy head. Sweet, mineral, sugary, alcohol, grainy, bread, hintsw of vegetables/DMS scent. Bitter, grainy, dry taste. A bit harsh, dry, lingering bitter aftertaste. Medium to fizzy, yet to the full side, mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. A little bit fruity finish before the bitterness that lowers the drinkability / hinkabilitet rather much. It has its moments, but bitterness isn’t balanced, nor is the overall beer.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear golden, small head. Butter and grain up front. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Some butter and plastic, hard grains, Light resiny bitterness in a somewhat metallic finish. Much too hard mouthfeel.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear amber, firm head. Aroma of black currant and butter. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Dextrose, black currant, and grapefruit, also caramel and some butter. Really resiny finish. OK, albeit unpolished, and overly sweet.

Bottle. Hazy amber liquid with small white. Aroma of butter, corn, grain, plastic, sulphur, fruity yeast esters and sour fruit. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of butter, corn, cooked vegetables, bread, light citrus and grain. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Pretty ridden with off flavors. 2/2/3/2/6 => 1.5 EDIT 2014-08-15: Newer batches has a lot less off flavours (not nearly as much DMS and no diacetyl). Upped both aroma, taste, palate and overall. Any inviting hop aroma is still missing though. Malt base is solid, if too dark for the style, with notes of biscuit and caramel. The body is not astringent and husky any more. 4/2/4/3/10 => 2.3
