11/12/8/11//11

Leicht alkoholischer heller Antrunk, trocken. Herb würzig, angenehm hopfig. Süffig, die Hopfigkeit bleibt konstant, vollmundig. Leichte Erdnussaromen. Nett. 12/12/11/11//11

Getreidiger, eher langweiliger Antrunk. Dazu kommen im Mittelteil aber karamellige Noten, die lange bestehen bleiben. Auch dieses Bier hat eine zu hohe Karbonisierung. Konstant hopfiger werdend. 12/11/12/12//12

Hefig herber Antrunk mit deutlichen Bananennoten. Eher unsüffig durch die hohe Karbonisierung. Herb, spritzig bananig, minimal bitter. Stimmiges kantiges Weizen. 12/10/11/11//11

Draught at Zum Neuen Bau
Hazy red-brown color. Light aroma of roasted malt and barley coffee. There is some flavor of roasted malt, correct body and correct bitterness, without noble qualities. I had Stouts that were very similar to this Dunkel/Schwarz.

Hazy amber color. The aroma is a bit earthy and dusty, with very light roasted nuts. There is a correct body strength, but the malt flavor is less present than, e.g., the Hell, and there are light traces of cereals; like other beers from the same brewery, this one as well has a very light residual sweetness. Correct bitterness. Unimpressive.

Hazy deep blond color. Very light aroma of quality hops. Average body strength; there is some malt flavor with a tendency to cereals and hay; also a light residual sweetness; some alcohol trace; the bitterness level is ordinary, unfortunately other hop qualities are not evident. Pleasant Lager.

Draught at Zum Neuen Bau
Cloudy blond color. Some aroma of sugar, corn, puke, plastic. Correct body strength; there is some white sugar flavor, and almost nothing of the spicy/fruity character expected in a Weizen. Low bitterness. Not interesting.
